Is it reliable?

I've just ordered a couple of tickets for Andre Rieu in December. There were not that many left from AXS or Ticketmaster's resellers, but AXS was cheaper. I've got the the e-tickets already, so any reason to worry.

They have got a poor rating on trust pilot, and not much else in terms of review elsewhere; never used them before.

I've had to use AXS a few times as they were the only sellers for certain shows I wanted to go to and they have been reliable (at least in my opinion). A couple of my friends have used them too without a problem.

Yep no problem here also. Infact I thought exactly the same as you did. I managed to get better seats with AXS at a cheaper price for Disney on Ice last year. No worries at all.

Great, good to know.
Doesn't every ticket seller have a poor rating on Trustpilot?
Hadn't thought about that but possibly - people don't tend to use such places for positive feedback generally.

But good to know it's a well used site at least! Thank you.

had issues w/ a presale, wouldn't let me buy a seat because it "would leave one or two in the middle of a row" or some garbage. went back the next day and there were better seats than the presale, so go figure.

I've used them quite a few times and they have always been fine. Normally getting tickets for teenagers to see over hyped Americans at the o2. Thier queueing system and picking system are ok, always suspicious about how quickly stuff sells out though.
