These Captains are certainly quick out the box, but even better pretty much near damn silent, a pair of nice cards indeed.

WARP SPEED! :D :D :D

Purchased a Sparkle card from OC back in the Nvidia GTX275 days, never again, it failed and I had to contact Sparkle for help, I strongly recommend you avoid Sparkle at all costs, the European distributor even started throwing insults and accused me of trying to blackmail them.

Each to their own, I will not turn this into a flame Sparkle thread though.

A lot of money to put out on a little known brand. Been trying to find a reasonably priced 670 all day to compare with a 7950 but failed miserably, the only one being the Pov that Ocuk have been trying to punt but I dont know anything about Pov so dont want to take a chance on it. These cards look good, like the Phantom, but with the Gigabyte 7950 so cheap and the 12.11 driver improvements its really a no contest, hell I even found a Gigabyte Windforce 7970 cheaper than 670, Nvidia need to get competitive as I have no preference with brand, just value for performance.:)

Sparkle has been around for awhile - usually used for OEM, etc. cards but done the odd retail line. No idea what their customer service is like as none of the ones I've used have ever had a problem (built several machines with their GTX260s for people) but I suspect you can deal with it through OcUK rather than Sparkle for the first 1-2 years should it come to it.

If i rememer correctly, sparkle is more of an american brand?

The cooler reminds me of the phantom series coolers.
