Azalia HD Audio driver problem

i have just reinstalled XP and after installing the microsoft UAA HD Audio driver and the latest drivers off the gigabyte website, i cannot get the drivers to install, the sound just shows as a "Audio Device on High Definition Audio Bus" and it says no drivers are installed, i have tried everything i can think of from using disk drivers, website drivers and manually pointing windows to the driver location with no luck in it finding the right drivers. anyone know how to get this to work? spec is in sig
