I was browsing OC Site the other day. Wats B Grade mena? Returned items? Unwanted? or just simply end of line? thinking of doubling up my 4850 with the Gainward one they have there.

sorry if the question has been posted before :(

thank you for answering tho

might give it a miss then. well ill give them a call to double check the status if they still have it when im ready to buy a set of components in the very near future

What is it you're thinking of buying, if you don't mind me asking ?

If it's something like a motherboard it will probably just be damaged box/missing cables. I bought a B-Grade HDD over a year ago and it still works fine to this day, saved myself around £25 on that.

If the product doesn't work OcUK will refund it anyway so if it's a significant saving you may aswell go ahead with it.

the answer is in the OP ;) to be fair does the site actually state what B Grade is? i looked last night and cudnt find the answer hence the post here. maybe i shud have looked harder?!

this is the item in question http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=BG-029-GW

to pair up a 4850 i bought just over a year ago but the one i have now is an HIS one with the big cooler.

a B Grade HD is something i wud not cahnce with! loss of data?!!

The current site doesn't work at all with the B-Grade/Clearance section any more. There's no quick and easy way of navigating through the B-Grade sections.

The navigation used to let you go into components, but it now just takes you straight into the "normal" components. It's just a massive PITA to find anything now.

erm theres like 8 items in there at the moment. sorry my bad again. wish i cud delte my own posts

...but i can navigate through each component. ie monitors then sub category by brand
