Hi,

If I was to buy a B-Grade graphics card from OCUK, would I still be eligible under Manufacturers warranty?

I.e. the Zotac 5 year etc.

Thanks,
Alex.

I think officially you only get 90 days warranty, however some manufacturer may accept RMA outside of the 90 days base on the manufacture date of the card against the length of the warranty period.

So basically legally they don't have to cover you, but if your card fails outside of the 90 days and manufacturer is willing to accept RMA then count yourself lucky.

I registered myB-Grade Zotac 1080ti Amp Extreme with Zotac (and included a copy of the B-Grade invoice) and the registration was accepted, not had to make a claim yet (touch wood) so may find an issue were I to do so, but if thats the case why would they have accepted my warranty registration?

Okay I may take a risk! I'll have a think!
It’s a risk to a degree, but the 3 month warranty is usually enough to establish any faults, I’ve bought many B grade cards over the years (along with a few at full retail) touch wood not yet to have an issue with a B Grade yet have had with brand new cards!

Luck of the draw I suppose.

Retail warranty - what ocuk say, manufacturers warranty should be intact as classed as new but open boxed kinda. If it doesnt then return to ocuk as it should. From what i understand of it anyhow.
