What makes these cards "B grade"?

Also, which of the 7950's would you recommend I should buy? I'm working with a budget of around £750-£800, don't need; monitor, keyboard, mouse or OS.

B grade can be customer returns or warranty repairs.

Often they miss parts and come in a plain box.

In most cases it's just an item which hasn't got the original boxing. Sometimes may have the odd cosmetic scratch or accessories/additional bits missing but in working condition.

For example, I purchased a B grade heatsink which was fine just missing a couple of anti-vibration pads (bits of foam)

Haha, OP Gigabyte seem to be popular as they have a UK based customer service. I've got the 7850 and IMO the fans arent very loud and stays nice and cool :)
