b-grade quick question

Sorry to ask, but its weekend, and i did not manage to get any info about
terms and konditions for b-grade offers looking around and making "search"

In short: what is b-grade ? what kind of risc would I run with these offers ?

Thanks for the replyes, I will drop the b-grade MB, seems like a riscy game, my orders
on ram was unfortunately refused due to some new visa on-line verification that my
computer is not set up for, never had this problem ever before in any other shop, and
I have bought quite a lot over the internet, anyway thanks for answering, to bad that
the ram-order is also being refused, realy don´t whant to mess with my homebanking
just becourse of a single ram-order
