B grade stuff

what exactly does B grade mean?

this is what i think it is... correct me if im wrong.

something that has been returned for some reason, then is fully tested and if it works, put on sale again.

also some of the things that came with it at retail may not be there.. eg cables etc.

is that correct?

just cheking before i purchase.

and is there any way i can find out what exactly is missing before buying?

I've bought a couple of motherboards from OCUK Bgrade and will never do it again.

They always turn up bare, no box no cables no cd no backplate nothing.

And you get a piddly discount.

And to be frank, that approach has put me off all of ocuks Bgrade stuff. If it had a big discount I might be tempted but for Bgrade I now read "unboxed and bare" which can hav a massive impact on resale value.
