If anyone is looking at purchasing a b-grade item please beware seems overclockers do not check the items they send out to customers.
I made a order a few days ago which included a b-grade monitor and a antec aio cooler.
My order was not sent as expected so contacted oc and was told the monitor was a stock error and never existed so i had to choose and alternative and was given a £30 goodwill refund which was extremely nice thanks Gibbo :)
Thought things were all good but i got my delivery yesterday after work and the b-grade antec aio cooler was in a right state pictures below

so just to let anyone know who thinks about b-grade items if they take no care and send items in this condition, well keep your money in your wallet.
Some major issues with quality control if you ask me.
so im left with no cooler except stock (which we all know means no overclocking :( haha)

Only the fins look bent?
What exactly was you expecting when you read this:

Below is the original description for this product, any reference to warranty is to be ignored. Warranty for this item is 90 days as with all B Grade items.

B Grade items may have been used, have damaged packaging, missing accessories or a combination of these.

Some items may have scuff marks or slight scratches but should otherwise be an operable product.

Can anyone from OCUK confirm if they check B-Grade items before listing for sale? If they don't maybe these products should be listed under "Roulette Grade"

The rad looks skuffed with some bent fins. Wont stop it working. But you'll be able to return the item. However if you got a good discount as its B-Grade it might be worth keeping.

Please tell me it wasn't just in that bag when you got it (no doubt the bag would have been wrapped in bubble wrap before being put in a jiffy bag or box). If so that's disgraceful. The rad should have least had cardboard wrapped around it to protect it from the block/pump.

I certainly wouldn't use it. It even looks like one of the waterways is damaged. I can't even see why it would ba a return. The previous owner had a lot of use from it as it's full of dust.

I don't know if you can see in the pics but one of the pipes has been crunched in aswell. And yes it was just in the bag inside the box no bubble wrap

OCUK aren't do themselves any favors there by just putting it in plastic bag, I bet those fins were fine before it was shipped and while in transit the box was given the normal white van man treatment causing the pump to smash into the rad.

It didn't have any screws to use it as a cooler and it clearly has a bit more damage then scratches. With all the other problems this has turned out to be a pretty poor experience.

From first glimpse it looked like a scuffed product as expected.

If pipes are bent, and it's not been protected when it's been sent, then yes I agree totally with you.

It's not the best from OCUK, especially as I have ordered many B-grade items.

Better quality pictures would help, just looks like bent fins. Nothing that will stop the product from working, no screws to fans is expected. As long as the cooler can be mounted to the socket there's nothing wrong.

Did you try to power the pump up and see if anything is leaking, if not. Why are you moaning? I'm not sure i believe you when you say there was no bubblewrap at all, all my orders from OCUK are choked by the stuff, using it as if it was free. Packaging it in just the bag is fairly slapdash though.

Everytime i see posts like this, rather than using the CS just smells of i want free stuff etc.
