Where do I find out about what things are missing from a product to make it b grade or why it has been returned?

I want to buy something B Grade but dont know if it has bits missing or been damaged in any way

B-grade - can be returned as faulty product, repaired and put back to sale!
sometimes people return product, but it's not even damaged..

If you buy for example b-grade laptop, u can find wear/scratches/etc (because of use of previous user) but hardware is checked/repaired and in fully working order!

as to: "if it has bits missing" you will never know, till you receive a product.

I bought b-grade mobo once, and it was nothin' but mobo, not even original box!
(I think it was worst scenario).

so you should expect missing items/manuals/software cd/etc. ... it's really is "how lucky u r"

as in stock can be 10 same items which are sold as b-grade, one can be as brand new, with everything inside...and other returned as damaged, repaired and with empty box!

what d'you want to buy?

Thanks

I avoid B grade like the plague since a bad experience back in 2006.

Bought a B grade Razer Copperhead from here that was filthy and disgusting, it had clearly been used by someone with sweaty dirty hands, the rubber had turned yellow with age/use and the mouse button worked about 50% of the time.

Since then I've come to think of B grade as second hand rubbish. Which may be wrong in some cases but after that experience I'll never find out again!

Looking at buying a B grade case as its £11 cheaper (about 15% off) If its scratched to buggery and just comes in an old box with no other bits then I think ill give it a miss!

For the sake of £11 it's not worth it. Personally i would'nt buy anything from b-grade as it's just too much hit or miss as to what you will get. The savings are'nt that great, in fact some stuff is stupidly priced. You only get a stingy 30 days warrenty as well.

Agreed. It just isn't worth it for a saving of only £11.

i bought the Corsair Obsidian 800D as "Exdisplay" which is basically b grade.

luckily it came in near perfect condition, the plastic protection and everything was still on, the only problems were that the box containing the cables/screws etc, was open and everything had fallen out, no big deal really, and the cover for the reset/front panel was missing, abit annoyed about that, but then i got it for £160, so i really cant complain

Would be nice if B-grade had more details of item damage etc. One of OcUK's competitors does this so I always buy their B grade stuff with confidence. They put up individual photos of damage.

They promised that they would do this ages ago but nothing ever came of it.
