I was wondering what **B GRADE** means in the clearence on the store.

It means that the product has been returned by someone and sometimes means that some bits are missing

Would you say its worth buying something b grade because ocuk stock a motherboard I want in the clearance section and its quite cheap £110 or something

Depends how cheap it is vs. buying it new. Certainly worth it if you don't mind likely lack of i/o shield, box, manuals etc.

Its about £33 off the price Ocuk says it has warranty for 14 days with them the then remainder of the warranty with the manufacture but they don't tell you how much warranty is left with the manufacture

Cheaper it is, generally the less bits it will come to. For most builders this is not a problem. We all have cables lying around and manuals can be downloaded, boxes well unless you're a collector. They go in bin/attic.
However mobos might be missing backplate, that can be a problem.

I sent a webnote to ocuk and they said they can't supply that information but surley if I don't get one I can send gigabyte (is a gigabyte board) a email to see if they can supply me with one.
