B-grade??

B-grade can be customer returns or warranty repairs.

Items can be missing certain accessories and can come in a plain brown box.

It's a returned item from a customer. Maybe decided they didn't want it, could be missing accessories or minor things like CD/Manuals.

Most users buying B grades (from what I've read on the forums, which hasn't been very much but a few) say they don't have many missing items if any.

Since it's been opened or used OcUK sell it as B-grade.

cheers, is it best to go for new, or no real difference expect from maybe missin software?

Like RJC said it could be missing the I/O plate which would be a deal breaker for me, things like graphics cards are what I would get if buying B grade. It's not like it'll come without the card or it's cooler :)
