Sure, why not? Likelihood is that it's an open box DSR which OcUK aren't able to sell as new as it's been opened, so may have all accessories etc, but not definite. You get a 90 day warranty anyhow
But there are loads of good, new X99 motherboards for cheaper? Why not get one of those?

how does it work with ordering off ocuk ? the cashback ect
Its all it that link (frequently asked questions and read the T+C)
Basically the date on the receipt is day 1.
You have to submit between day 30 and 60.
Then once approved it can take up to 30days to pay you money into your bank.
