Hi i am going to put in a 5800X3D into my MB but i have read i need to update my MB as it is a newer CPU then my MB, do i just download the latest Bio's? Or do i have to pick a certain one, i have never updated my Bio's before on any my builds.

You need to find out what bios you have at the moment and then work from there as there is a certain order and firmware also to install .
