b450 wake from sleep

Just received new system. However when ever I put the computer to sleep, or anything but a full power off, the PC is completely unresponsive to all inputs to wake, including the power button which glows white. Only way I can turn on PC is to turn off power at the wall for 5 seconds before i can reboot.

I've turned on wake from USB but i think it's a deeper issue as power button on desktop doesn't work either. Do I have a dud?

Bumpity bump.

New symptoms, when I turn on system, monitors have to be powered on separately.

Only way to use PC is to turn off power completely, then turn on system, them monitors. No sleep functions or wake from sleep work at all. Just dies.

I can just about live with this, but worried if a hardware issue something else might come up outside of return perdio

GPU and how are the monitors (DP/HDMI) connected? (Complete spec would be useful - especially PSU brand/model)

If you haven't done so already - disable sleep.
