B550 with decent diagnostics?

After spending a couple of days trying to get a new Aorus Elite B550 to work (fans spinning, no display, no beeps) I'm looking to replace the board. This board has no diagnostic led's or code display, so I'd ideally like one that's a bit easier to troubleshoot.

Any suggestions? Using 3700x and Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200 RAM.

B550 Tomahawk would be my suggestion. Not sure on is diag capabilities but sounds like your mobo is DOA.

Also worth checking out the B550-A Pro, a very good board for the money, i've used quite a few with 0 issues.

Asrock B550 Steel legend is the cheapest AM4 board with a Post code LED Display according to Buildzoid. I'll take his word for it.

should have a straight swap RMA?

and no bent pins on the CPU?

also the board shoulg i believe bottom left corner somewhere have fault LED lights. one for CPU,,GPU,RAM and mobo. lights up red iif theres a fault

There were no LED's on my board. I replaced it with a B550 Mag Tomahawk which is working perfectly. Cheers folks.
