B650 or X670 advice please?

Haven't built a new PC in years. See spec below. I'm going to get ryzen 7600 or 7700. Possibly 6750xt. i need 3 x M.2. 4 x SATA. Will be keep motherboard a good 5 years.
I've narrowed the motherboard list a bit. But this pci lane and sharing bandwidth is confusing the hell out of me. Want a board that will run eeverything full pace or close.

Any advise would be helpfully. Thanks.

I would look at something like this, I'm building my son a PC at Christmas and I am planning on using this board

Don't really want Asus, as they seem to be bursting into flames.

Finaly bit the bullet and got a MSI X670E carbon for £370.
