BA Check-In Issue: "Error during add or update contact details"

Hi there - trying to check-in for a US flight and have an extremely annoying message that's denying me from checking-in online when trying to confirm the usual 'additional passenger info':

Error during add or update contact details

- I have tried on my phone as well as a desktop so pretty sure it's nothing at my end. I plan to check-in at the airport but I find this really annoying...

Has anyone had this issue before? Thanks.

An update to my boring thread…

If you face this issue you can add your additional passenger information using the Finn Air website - it syncs up with BA as part of their ‘One World’ thing.

The BA additional passenger info form asks for a lot of additional info… increasing the chance of glitchiness I suppose.

When dropping off the bags I mentioned this and the BA staff mentioned that he’s not surprised

I can only imagine how annoying it would be to have to work with this system all day!

I have this issue flying with Logan air but booking with BA. I have to go to BA app with their booking reference which will then generate a new Logan air reference.

Trying to change my date of birth on my old account the other week was impossible:/
