Baby rash ?

Hi, got a 4 month old little girl and she had her last set of 3 jabs on Thursday but her back had gone like this now! It’s abit better this morning after applying suder cream. In her self she just like normal laughing and rolling around. It’s been 24 hours and it’s not spread or got worse if anything slightly better with creams. Thanks

Anybody know what it could be ? Thanks

GP or a+e I wouldn't take any chances.
Looks like side effects of the jab she had though.
