Back clicking

I've got a really bad back lately, and the pain only goes away if someone clicks it for me, and at the moment its hurting and no-ones in the house, anyone got any tips or tricks for clicking it myself?

Had a bad back for donkeys due to rugby/ice hockey and have been clicking it myself my twisting my body whilst holding on to something beside me HOWEVER I really wouldnt recommend it. Been seing a chiro for years as well who has warned me that it (obviously) really isnt good for a n00b to do it themselves. You'd be best off paying the price and going to a private chiro and getting them to have a look at it for you.
