All,

Haven't been around in a while, but the wait was worth it. Got a new position in the company and I'm Moving to Silicon Valley < San Jose, CA >.

Better yet, I'm ramping up operations again on F@H. I'll still be supporting FAAH as that was a personal commitment to a close friend, but funds are now being released < from the war department - A.K.A - GF > to ramp up productin on a new set of F@H machines. Will have a couple flavors of each < EXON's, Duo's and X2's> all folding before the end of the year. Things will start slow, but will ramp quickly. Was also reading about the ATI GPU crunchers, will certainly have a crack at that to get a few extra points points.

Been looking at the Team scores, Sorry Mr. Berserker & Uncle rich ... thought you was gonna catch me didn't ya.. :-)

Look'en forward to getting back in the buzz !!!

:-) ... well It's going to take me a month or so to get ramped back up to full production speed so I might drop a spot or two initially, but will certainly come back with allot of momentum.

Naa .. If I had them up and running, you'd definately know it :D

It's going to take me a few weeks to get back up an running. I've got a coupe Dullie's to finish building < just ordered the boxes etc >, then toward the end of the month I'll be putting some heat on the fire. So ya better get what ya can now, cuz the grace period is about to expire :-)

Forgot to Add, there being prepared for Crossfire Action !! Can't wait until they release the GPU Core !!

So Lets See ... 6 * 4 = 24 reasonably fast cores ... That should make a dent in the ole Daily Average :p

Get Ahead now boys & girls ... it's going to be an interesting winter !! .. At least I wont need to use any central heating... :eek:

I haven't made the purchase yet, so if the Conroe's are the way to go, I'd go that way as log as I can plug a pair of 1950's on the MB. Suggestions anyone ???

What Im after is performance per package ( CPU & GPU combination ) Price is a concern, but not the limiting factor.

Just checked all three EXON rigs ... there all processing 2124's or 2131's should be a good dump in a day or so. :D I'm just gonna have to Borg a few more machines I think.

I've been going over and over this business of Conroe's and AMD2's etc etc .. I'm definately going to build a serious gamming rig, but I just can't make up my mind on the folding rigs .. or should I wait until the PS3's hit in Novemeber and order 10 or so of those things !! descisions descisions descisions ... well I'm gonna have to do something, it's driving me nuts using all these older EXON rigs.. :D

Maybe I'll open a new thread to get some input.

Well .. the XEON's are starting to kick in < 11 of them delivering now > ... I'm back in the UK, will be at the factory Monday, so I'll be re-directing some firepower to F@H, a couple more Dullie rigs, a P4 and couple laptops .. so look out Mr. Rich, office 11 is about to be reallocated .. !! But then we got to watch out for Bigstan !!

Ohh yeah, and as soon as I get the Specs sorted out for the Dual Crossfire and Conrtoe rig, will be adding that to the mix as well :D Only buying one to start off with to see how the thing produces, then onward & upward !!!
