So last wedsnesday night i went down the gym and when i was doing some deadlift reps i bent my back for a moment and bang i done my muscles in..
its the first time ive ever done it and i should've known better as ive been going seriously for a few years now so frustrating 
But my question to you is how long should i wait to go training again? it hasnt felt to bad today can only feel it slightly when i bend down should i just carry on when i dont feel it anymore? or is their a set time you should wait?
