back to stock for mem upgrade

I'm currently running my E6300 at 2.8 ghz using 667 memory I've just ordered the 4 gig 1066 memory so need to get everything back to stock so I can install the new stuff. My board is ASUS P5QPRO.

I found loads of artices how to overclock but there doesn't exist too many about returning to stock. I know some I can switch to auto but which ones?

You can either load the BIOS and load fail safe or optimal defaults that will return everything to stock or you can take the BIOS battery off the motherboard for about 10-15 seconds (when the power is off) this should return everything back to stock settings.
