Basically lost about 30-40kg worth weight on my squats and deadlifts over the past 8 months, and I want it back. My diet im quite happy with, its not amazing but im trying to get my head round to eating more even if its got a some naughty carbs in. I sit at about 85kg but I feel like I could do with adding a bit more on wont hurt me.
I used to deadlift 180kg for 1 max rep, and now im just about doing 140kg for a few reps. My squats used to be 140kg for 3x5 and now its 130kg for about 1-2 reps. Im sure some of it psychological.
Ive not stopped going to the gym im getting stronger in certain areas still but ever since ive injured my back its always in the back of my mind what happens if I do it again.
I have a few years of lifting under me ive done stronglifts,madcow and gvt.
Ill probably look at gvt again later on but in the mean time im going to try and concentrate on my 3 big lifts with a few extra exercises.
 
Today:
Deadlift 3x5 120kg
T bar rows 3x6 90kg
Db rows 3x6 30kg
Bent over rows 80kg 3x3
Ab work out

Not a very concreate program but starting tomorrow ill start doing something with a bit more oomph to it.
