He means the "OUTATIME" number plate - that's what the car in the film had.

I actually quite like it in a sad kind of way. He's obviously had a bit of a laugh doing it and I bet it's a riot to drive around and have people point and laugh.

It's been built for a Le Mans roadtrip thing, sort of a ghetto Cannonball Run.... seen a few other cars on forums being done for the same thing, there was a guy who put a Senator 6 cylinder engine in an Ambulance.

I think it looks pretty cool, especially with the OUTATIME plates

Yep, Sam and his mates were going to do one. He's based in Guildford though, so its not that one. I think they did Staples to Naples in it, then sold the car there..
