Back to virgin media which wireless combo ?

Just switched back to virgin media XL package have done a bit of searching around and Linksys WRT54GL 54Mbps Open Source Wireless Cable Router seems to be the router to get.

But which wireless card / adapter can anyone recommend or is there an even better router combo for wireless out there ?

I currently have a netgear usb wireless adapter wg111 and a netgear wag311.

whatever the newest linksys adapter is that supports the same features as the router.

go for the WRT54GL

i've got a pretty generic safecom 54g usb (not ideal i know) and it's flawless, ingame pings are about 15-20ms, with no spikes

tempted to get an edimax wirless card, or get my mate round to drill a hole so i can just use gigabit

Safecom adapters have proven the most reliable for me (also used with WRT54GL) compared to netgear and belkin.
