Back Up Software Suggestions please :)

I have an external WD 400GB Firewire/USB2 drive and the backup software that WD have supplied with it is shockingly poor. I was wondering whether anybody knew of an alternative (preferably free) that works well as part of their backup solution.

Thanks for the quick replies they look pretty good and can both do incremental back ups. The trouble is I really am looking for something that does the job for free

I use syncback (http://www.2brightsparks.com/syncback/syncback-hub.html) which is free! There's also a paid for version but the free version will probably do everything you need. An alternative which is easier to use but less powerful is Microsoft's synctoy, it's one of their powertoys.
