Back-up your windows updates ?

Hi ,
I have a Windows XP Pro SP1 cd, meaning that every time i reinstall windows i have to do all the updates including sp2 all over again (i have a 64k ISDN connection!).
I was wondering if there is anyway i can back-up all of the updates or the whole version of the updated windows onto dvd or cd ?

You can download the updates then slipstream them with nlite. It also allows removal of some of the bloat in xp.

Using nLite, Slipstream the following pack with it. It contains all updates since SP2 iirc and is updated regularly.
