Background Folder Text!

I would like to have some text as the background when i open a certain folder.

The text I want is

IF YOU NEED WRITE ACCESS CONTACT NAME ON EXT XXXX

and I want this set as the background of the folder!

How would I go about Doing this?

Id imagine you would have to put the text into a picture and edit the desktop.ini file in the folder to point to the said picture for a background.

Never mind

Did it.

Created the image and created a desktop.ini and directed it to the image
