Background Image

I would like to place a back ground image at the top of the page and then another at the bottom. Is this possible, in the past I have just applied one.

although i dont think you can do two images this way? try it and see. if you cant then you will have to use a "pretend" div at the bottom to get the bottom pic.

Yes I believe your correct, would need 1 element per image, I recently played with this and ended up giving the body the top bg image and my main content container DIV the bottom bg image.

you should do it the other way round, give the body the bottom background-image and then nest the whole page inside a 100% width containing div and give that the top background image. otherwise the bottom image might not be on the bottom of the page at all times.

sorry yeah got that mixed up I meant use the body for the bottom img and a div for the top
