Background images align in FF, not in IE...

Hello,

On my website the background images align finei n IE, but not in FF. Any ideas?

It validates, and AFAIK it should work ... but just doesn't.

Would appreciate any help / or any reads online about this error and common errors.

there's a one pixel or so step in the white background just below the text at each side.

Damned if I know how to fix it. I'd put it down to general IE crapness.

I managed to bodge it together and fix it now (the one in the above link is still broken) - but its not quite right now. But it'll do.
