background piccy for project poster

Most of the successful posters I have seen relating to final year projects have a large picture for the background this picture normally is the subject matter, or something very closely related that looks striking and is colourful.

Now my project was a database project accompanied by a web interface with the addition of reading from a barcode scanner and magnetic strip reader.

Does anyone have any ideas for an appropriate image for a background picture?

I only have one idea so far and its not striking or colourful. (the table design diagram)

please help!
 
All I can suggest is to try Stock Exchange.

There's lots of royalty free images on there you could use - or get some inspiration from at least :)

just did a quick search for 'barcode' - hows about this?
