Hi all
Ive got myself in the position of when i load my computer, before my log in screen appears on windows 8.1, i have a wallpaper i had on my computer appear. I click when this comes up it goes and i then go onto the log on screen and sign in.
Ive searched high and low how to get rid of the wallpaper picture coming up on my screen full screen before my log in page but i cant work out how to get rid of it and its doing my head in

Ive even deleted the picture from the folder and from the recycle bin and its still appearing. Any ideas guys, Ive even googled it and followed registry instructions but i don't think this is the right thing.
