Background spanning monitors?

Noob-type question regarding dual monitors....How do you make your background image span two displays? I have two using Dualview (1680x1050 + 1280x1024) and the secondary just clones from the primary. Can't seem to find an option for it anywhere?

If you get a program called ultramon it will allow you to have a background that spans both monitors (there many be other programs that allow you too do this as well), it will also give you a 2nd taskbar on your 2nd screen and extra buttons/options to move windows between screens etc, all of which are very useful.
