Backing Up Corrpt Drive? (Software?)

Hi

My laptop drive is corrup, I am able to see it in an extrenal caddy, however when I try and copy and paste files some files are corrupt so it will not allow me to copy and paste them, this bring it all to a halt.

Is there some software that will carry on regardless of whether it is corrupt or not, and then at the end just tell you what it has not been able to copy over?

The only trouble is, part way through the copy, windows come sup with

Windows was unable to save the data - something along those lines and it doesnt copy much

Any ideas? Dont mind paying for software if its going to work

Give "Acronis True Image" a try, you can create a bootabe recovery disc within Windows to perform the backup/restore from outside Windows, you can also tell it to ignore read errors among other things.
