backing up/creating image of boot partition

Can anyone advice me on the best way of backing up/creating a recovery image of a boot partition/hard drive of a server. It is a server running windows server 2003 and is a HP proliant server. It does not have any USB ports. Is there any tools like Norton ghost that will write a a hard drive/partition in NTFS format?

will that run off a boot cd or do i have to install it on the server?

i only run it from boot cd

(but you can install it too)

Does it have SCSI drivers included your do you need to install the drivers yourself?

included, it runs a linux kernal beneath the software when using the boot cd, so it just sees your scsi drives / arrays
