Can anyone help, im using Microsoft outlook 2003 at work, all my private emails are 'ruled' into a 'private' folder in my inbox. There are 300+ emails.

Is there anyway of coping them (to html?) all in one go, I can open each one and file save as, but this will take me ages.

If I achive them will it remove them from my work email and can I then open them up on another PC without outlook?

Thanks
Andy.

not sure if this will help or not but its a little plugin for outlook 2003 to automatically backup your emails to an external backup folder{snip}
Any chance there's anything like that for Mozilla Thunderbird?

Thanks & apologies for the (small) hijack :)

I *think* thunderbird just uses files for email storage. If you find out where Mozilla stores emails and copy the directory.
