Backing up firefox pluging/addons?

Hi, I'm going to reinstall windows, just wondering is it possible to back up the addons/plugins or even the installation so when I re install windows all I have to do is copy that back in so I still have the modified version with where I have put like aero theme and all that on?

I do mine manually

Start, run %appdata% /enter

Go into the folder..

Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\xxx111dxcdsad (random).default\

copy all the folders and subfolders from inside the default folder (or zip them) to usb stick (etc)

on new machine, install firefox, launch once, then close it

Start, run %appdata% /enter

go to

Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\zzz222dasdjn (random).default\

unzip/paste the contents into the folder

launch firefox

all settings retained
