It does all of the games it supports, but you can add obscure games so that it remembers them. The updates are really regular as well, you'll have a new big title supported within a few days of it releasing.

You can integrate it with dropbox and schedule it as well. It runs automatically for me on a Friday only backing up saves that have changed.
