Backing up iTouch

Anybody know of any (preferably) free software for backing up an iTouch? My laptop has died and is going in for repair and I'm not sure I can face rebuilding my collection of songs

You'd be surprised how many people call an iPod Touch an iTouch.

Can't speak for the other poster, but I wasn't being sarcastic I was just making an observation.
