At work we use the TASKs part of Outlook and it's become over the last 8 years an integral part of our daily life.
Each TASK is a different patient and within the TASK it has a storyboard with us all writing in different colours and then forwarding it someone else to carry on.
Over the last month some TASKs (patients) have gone missing and if someone accidentally deletes it you can find it in your deleted emails but with several this has not been the case.
What I want to do is manually backup the TASK section every week BUT this would mean looking for a missing patient in the backup and then being able to copy & paste it in the recent TASKs.
Any ideas, anybody done this before or still do it?
Thanks
* Just like to say that this isn't medical records going missing or anything like that, it's our own personal storyboard of where we are with a case.
