Backing Up MSN

Hey all, about to format, just wondering if there is an easy way to backup emotes and settings for MSN? Thanks!

send them all to a friend and get them to send them all back (long process...i know)

There's a few programs if you search around on Google.

I used one to extract an emoticon from MSN. And a few days later I noticed a virus. So be careful and make sure you have some AV installed before using any just to be safe.
