Backing up outlook expr to import into Vista?

Just a quickie, does anyone know how I would go about moving all my emails from outlook express on XP to the equivilent program on Vista? Is it possible?

i exported the .pst file from outlook in xp before i put vista on then imported to outlook again once running vista and it worked fine

That's not Outlook Express to Windows Mail though, is it?

Does OE have an export option? You might be able to export to a format that Windows Mail supports.

OE will export to Outlook .pst files.
File > Export
