Backing up site

Hello

I have a site i need to backup, that contains several MYSQL databases, i need to transfer everyhing onto a new host.

What is my quickest way at doing this?

I have tried the simple idea of downloading everything and re-uploading but my FTP client keeps missing a lot of files, or stopping half way through

Hello,

Your account, especially if paid for, will have something like Plesk or cPanel which you can use to do a backup - the backup will contain all MySQL etc.
