Backing up website files and SQL DBs.

Can someone point me in the right direction for backup software for Windows Server 2003.

I would idealy like a program which can just backup changed files, rather than having to back up a whole folder again.

I would also like the prgram to backup SQL, but compress the files so they are not taking up lots of backup space.

Just had a look at the pricing for backup exec, not wanting to pay as much as that. Does anyone have any experiance of Backup assist?

yeah, but that doesnt compress the DBs. I have also had problems with enterpise manager running for a few days then an error happens and the backup doesnt start again until i manually tell it to which is a little frustrating.
