Backlight bleed policy?

I'm looking at getting an Asus PG279Q + GTX 1080Ti and I notice Overclockers offers a zero dead pixel policy, but what about bad backlight bleed? Is there a returns policy for that if it's a bad panel?

Backlight bleed doesn't seem to be regarded as a fault by a lot of retailers. Absolutely ridiculous.

Not sure what ocuk policy is though.
