Hi. I'm trying to fix a laptop screen (apple powerbook titanium) and the backlight as gone.
I'm trying to see if it's the actual tube that';s broken or if it's the laptop not sending power to it.
so i got the multimeter out and the reading was 30mV. (meter set to 200m and reading was 30). i was expecting it to be something like 5 V.
does 30mV sound right? or is this too low to set the backlight on?
