Backlog on prebuilds - any general updates?

Hi all, ordered a prebuild earlier in the month and it included some in demand/out of stock components. I'm in no particular rush to get it but it would be good to know where OC are with them as I heard the queues work differently for full builds and individual parts. No movement on my order and no email updates to say what's happening.

Not having a moan, just looking for the info.

I’m in the same boat. Would be nice to get some kind of contact or update on if/when I might expect to receive what I paid over £2K for weeks ago. I’m happy to be patient as I understand it’s a busy time with Xmas, COVID and the current stock issues but a brief email just to give an update would go a long way to help me stay reasonably patient rather than getting annoyed.

I signed up here to ask the same question but I don't have permission to access that forum?

I also spent a large amount on a new build last month and was wondering where abouts in the queue I am.

edit: nevermind, didn't realise the permissions issue is intentional - ignore what I said above!

Yeah the original suggestion to go there was spot on tbh, the OcUK team have been bang on since I posted there.

Mine was ordered on Dec 9th and this morning I got notification that it’s being dispatched so looks to be almost a month. We did have a week of Xmas in that time so not too bad really.
