backround music problems ie

hi guys a few days ago i made the mistake of opening an email called fedx i had thought that it was related to a package for my son ,but it was a virus , i checked on line an on advise loaded rkill and hitman pro to remove the virus which i did i also used malware anti-malware prog as well as windows security every thing appears ok ,but for 1 thing i have weird music running in the back round which is annoying the hell out of me iv been using chrome on line and made it my default browser if i hit ctl/alt/delete and check task master 2-3 ie program's are running when not activated by me , 1 off them mentions blinkx , and on advise, i cant find on my pc anywhere iv tried to run ie through a dummy proxy server but it knocks out chrome with no connection, so can some one help me Please as im going nuts . steve

i have downloaded the malewarebytes root kit checker and run it and it gives the all clear iv disabled ie and it still tries to run in task manager with the background music it is driving me nuts :confused:

hi i have did a restore to an earlier date and ran the root kit check and all is well thanks
