Backup + 360 = Ban?

Basically I got a dvd full of pics/music.. but dosent the 360 detect backups and ban u from live?

I wanna know if to insert it or no

A recorded dvd is different from a pirate dvd - there is no problem putting a dvd in with music and photo's on.

You get banned from live if your firmware is modified and are caught.

Eh no, it will detect a modded dvd drive, I assume you have not done that so no worries does not check the content of a dvd

It detecs pirated games - if they are unstealthed or bad kreon rips - a burned cd/dvd of your own data is fine

Its only backup 360 games that can cause problems
